How long does shipping typically take for large appliances?
Most in-stock ZLINE appliances ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, delivery via freight carrier usually takes 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
What is the return policy for ZLINE products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that large appliances may be subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Do ZLINE appliances come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all ZLINE products purchased through authorized dealers include a manufacturer warranty. Most ranges and hoods feature a limited lifetime warranty on the motor or burners and a 1-year parts and service warranty.
Can I convert a ZLINE gas range to Liquid Propane (LP)?
Yes, most ZLINE gas ranges include an LP conversion kit in the box. We highly recommend that the conversion be performed by a licensed professional to ensure safety and maintain your warranty.
Do you offer financing options for large purchases?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
