At ZLINE Dealers, we strive to ensure your kitchen and bath upgrades meet the highest standards of excellence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Ensure the product is in its original, uninstalled condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and arrange for carrier pickup or drop-off at an authorized shipping center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit to confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
